We recognize that asking for help is difficult and that private counselling is not always affordable. That is why Lighted Harbour Counselling Services is committed to offering professional counselling services for modest prices. Services are tailored to meet your individual needs.
Insurance coverage:
Please check with your individual insurance provider regarding coverage for counselling services. While we do not direct bill, receipts are always available for reimbursement purposes.

Cancellation policy:
Please provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
