At Lighted Harbour Counselling, we understand that seeking support can be intimidating and may feel overwhelming. Our commitment is to offer professional counselling services offered by Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCC).
Individual Counselling (adult and youth) $100 for 50 minutes
Couples counselling $150 for 80 minutes
Receipt available for insurance purposes. Contact your insurance provider for details on specific coverage reimbursement.

Insurance coverage:
Please check with your individual insurance provider regarding coverage for counselling services. While we do not direct bill, receipts are always available for reimbursement purposes.
Payment/ Methods:
E-transfer: A convenient and secure digital payment method.
Credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, debit card and American Express are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Please provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
